We invite you to come experience a traditional, full-service specialty meat shop in a modern facility. We pride ourselves on a clean environment and custom cutting. We don’t prepackage our meat. Rather you’ll see it spread out before you when you enter our store.

You pick what you want. We’ll wrap it up for you. Want something different? We’ll cut it or grind it for you on the spot. Our beef is hand cut and trimmed at the store. We never inject water or broth in any of our meats to add water weight or prolong their shelf life.  We believe in providing our customers with high quality cuts of meat and friendly service.
