Paul's Market began as a neighborhood butcher nearly 50 years ago. While some things have changed over the years, we’ve always maintained our commitment to superior customer service, top quality products, and custom cutting. After a tremendous redevelopment of the business, we opened in our brand new facility on October 20, 2008. We are still located in North Sewickley Township on Rt. 65, just a few more miles down the road.

Today with three generations sharing the same butcher block, we are happy to serve your custom cutting needs once again. As an old-fashioned butcher shop in a modern facility, we are one of the few remaining stores in the area to still carry hanging sides of beef.  We are proud of our heritage and thrilled our customers have come back to support us once again.

We also believe in lessening our impact on the environment as much as we can. We recycle our cardboard, package all purchases in re-useable paper bags or biodegradable plastic bags and still wrap our meat in white paper just like Paul Kotuba did more than 40 years ago. Also in the works  — adding solar panels provided by a local company. Check back soon for details!
